John Penu, as my Legacy Rep, kept me informed after initially proposing over 8 months earlier & working through revisions and eventual authorization. My front door was a color I didn't like and it appeared not to have been painted very well. After speaking with several painting companies and meeting with a few, I cannot overstate how blown away I was by Legacy. John Penu made an incredible impression and his work backed it up with great professionalism, attention to detail and awesome service. Legacy Applications did extraordinary painting work at my condo. John spent a lot of time helping me pick out my paint color along with giving me advice about my new carpet. He also put me in touch with a carpeting company and coordinated his work with theirs to minimize the time I had to stay out of my home. I was given a timeline for the work, and it went completely according to schedule. I also requested some additional work adjusting several bi-fold doors and this was done for a tiny extra charge. John came back after all the work was done to make sure everything was completed perfectly and even touched up a corner the carpet installers has scratched. My condo had had three separate water leaks, which stained the ceilings and destroyed some of the texture. After refinishing and painting, you would never be able to tell where those leaks were. Same with the walls and corners, which had gotten banged up over the years. John, Keith, and Frank were professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

John and his craftsmen did an awesome job painting the exterior of our home. Thanks to John's patience and experience he was able to help us chose the perfect colors. We have received many compliments from neighbors and family. In fact our neighbors saw how professional the team was that they hired them for several projects at their home. We are so happy and thankful to the Legacy Applications team for making our house beautiful.

Hired John and his artisans to paint our entire 2X2 condo from baseboard to ceiling. This was our first interaction with this company & they exceeded our expectations with their level of workmanship & cleanliness. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job on time. What a spectacular job. We could not be happier. We strongly & highly recommend Legacy.

John came out to look at the work to be done and was professional and explained everything to me. Keith, Frank, and Mark were awesome. These guys did the hard work. They were all professional and nice. I felt comfortable having them in my home. The work done was better than I expected. Legacy did a kitchen and bathroom that had wallpaper on the walls for us. They removed the wall paper, textured, primed, and painted the walls with two coats. It looks great! They were on time, did a great job and were very easy to work with. Thank you Legacy for a job well done! I would recommend Legacy as they do great work and are reasonably priced. Thanks again!
